Glenn R. Swift is an award-winning writer, editor, publisher, public speaker, concert promoter, publicist and media consultant based in Florida's beautiful and culturally vibrant Palm Beach County. Known for a colorful, insightful, easy-to-read style, Glenn was the honored recipient of the Florida Magazine Association's 1999 Bronze Award for Writing Excellence/Best In-Depth Reporting. Since that time, he has had numerous articles published across the United States and Britain on a wide variety of subjects in newspapers, magazines, and on the Internet. The son of a former senior British government official, Glenn is a dual citizen/passport holder of the United States and United Kingdom. He possesses a strong general knowledge of history, geography, culture, business, current events and politics. A passionate liberal, for several years Glenn appeared frequently as the "Voice of the Left” on the Rhett Palmer Live radio talk-show, which airs weekday mornings on WAXE 1370 AM in Vero Beach. Glenn is the former Entertainment Editor for WSVU Seaview AM 960 in Palm Beach Gardens where he hosted his own weekly show, Celebrity Spotlight, on Saturday mornings. Recently, Glenn co-founded two new companies: 24Seven Digital Media, LLC, digital magazine publisher/radio show producer, and the Theatre Orchestra of Florida, LLC producer of high-end adult contemporry/crossover classical productions.

In addition to his on-air work with WAXE and WSVU, Glenn has also been a featured guest on several other Central and South Florida stations (WLOQ 103.1 FM -- Orlando; WIRK 107.9 FM -- West Palm Beach; WJTW 100.3 FM -- Jupiter; WHLG 101.3 FM -- Port St. Lucie;  WMEL 920 AM -- Melbourne; WPBR 1340 AM -- West Palm Beach; WPSL 1590 AM -- Port St. Lucie; and WTTB 1490 AM -- Vero Beach), as well as appearing on Internet-based Tropic Wave Radio and American Perspective. He also serves as an adjunct professor/guest lecturer at a number of colleges and cultural institutions in Central and South Florida. Glenn serves on the Board of Directors and as Master of Ceremonies for the Delray Beach Film Festival. He is also a former member of the Theatre League of South Florida, Cassell Network of Writers, Florida Freelance Writers Association International Travel Writers Alliance and the British-based Travelwriters UK
