Glenn R. Swift is an award-winning writer, editor and publisher based in Florida’s beautiful and culturally vibrant Palm Beach County. Known for a colorful, insightful and humorous style, Swift was the honored recipient of the Florida Magazine Associations 1999 Bronze Award for Writing Excellence/Best In-Depth Reporting. He is the Co-Founder and Editor in Chief of South Florida’s leading digital publisher, Our Wonderful World Media & Entertainment, and an Adjunct Professor of History at Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens and Northwood University in West Palm Beach.

The son of a former senior British government official, Swift is a dual citizen/passport holder of the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. He possesses a strong general knowledge of history, geography, culture, business, current events and politics. Swift is a frequent lecturer at numerous cultural and educational institutions on a wide variety of subjects, and, for several years, co-hosted Rhett Palmer Live, the Treasure Coast’s most popular talk-radio show as well as hosting and producing talk-shows of his own on both AM and FM stations.

Swift twice served as Master of Ceremonies for the Delray Beach Film Festival. He has also emceed at the Lyric Theatre in Stuart, the Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce, the Maltz Theatre in Jupiter, the Borland Center in Palm Beach Gardens and the Coral Springs Center for the Arts. Swift is a former member of the Theatre League of South Florida, Cassell Network of Writers, Florida Freelance Writers Association International Travel Writers Alliance and the British-based Travelwriters UK.
